Chris has got to be the most hateful unprofessional business owner ever!!! They sell wilted roses then instead of making it right, she makes it sound like it's your fault and your just being ungrateful. Do not order from this florist. I've seen better roses in a cemetery!!!!

These ladies are amazing, I am from Indianapolis but have most of my family in the surrounding area and they are always kind and make the most beautiful arrangements. Outstanding customer service and a great selection to choose from. I am always last minute and they always come through with a smile on their faces. I appreciate their top notch customer service. Thank You

Outstanding customer service!!! We ordered flowers for someone and they could not be delivered today as the recipient was not at home when they tried to make the delivery. When I called about the delivery, I spoke with Chris, (who answered after they had already closed!) and as she heard how special the occasion was, she offered to make the delivery (again!) on her way home. The recipient was ECSTATIC that we remembered her special day. Chris went out of her way to make someone's day exceptionally special! It meant the world to us!!
