I have always had a great experience with In Full Bloom Floral both through ordering flowers and receiving them. The flowers done by In Full Bloom are always stunning and the customer service is exceptional. The showroom is always a fun place to stop in and see what new stuff the girls are working on! Tracey is always willing to work with what I want and I would highly recommend getting your flowers from her.

I am consistently impressed with In Full Bloom! Their arrangements are always fresh, unique, long-lasting, and absolutely stunning. A beautiful showroom, wonderful customer service, and gorgeous floral designs make this place my go-to shop for flowers and gifts in Greensburg. I highly recommend shopping with In Full Bloom Floral!

I live in California and ordered flowers for my mom's birthday to be sent to her work. After receiving a photo of the arrangement, there is no other florist I will use in greensburg. The arrangement is way above and beyond what I was expecting! I've used other florists in greensburg who work through Telefloral or FTD in the past- they stink. Full Bloom took obvious attention to detail and created something gorgeous and original. I am so happy with the whole experience.

I have received and purchased flower arrangements from In Full Bloom numerous times and each time they have exceed my expectations. The flowers are ALWAYS very vibrant, fresh and arranged so beautifully. Not to mention they last so much longer than any other florist! Also the customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend placing an order with In Full Bloom! You will not be disappointed!

I did not have a pleasant experience with this florist.  I had ordered flowers for a family member of mine and choose a photo of a floral arrangement that I liked online called blushing beauty.  When I received photos of the floral arrangement that was actually sent it looked nothing like the photo on their website online.  I called the florist to explain that I was very disappointed in the arrangement and wanted some sort of refund.  I completely understood that it took time to put together and deliver the arrangement and I wasn't looking for a full refund.  Tracy who is the owner explained to me that she needed the arrangement back in order to issue the refund.  Sounds crazy but she actually wanted to show up at my family members home and ask for the arrangement back so I can be issued a refund.  Even though the family member has no idea on the actual arrangement that was to be received.  Very bad business decision by Tracy as I will return the arrangement and obtain a full refund of the flowers she sent incorrectly.  If I could post the photos of the actual arrangement compared to what I ordered it would clearly show two different arrangements.  My suggestion when ordering online with this florist is to make sure they have the flowers in stock and if they don't choose another arrangement or ask what their substitutions might be.    My suggestion to Tracy is if you have to make a substitution speak with your customer first before just assuming that it's okay.   It's an unfortunate situation as I will order from a local florist in Pittsburgh and hand deliver a new arrangement to my family member new in Greensburg.
