I received 2 dozen Roses a week after Valentine's day from a gentleman I was going out with for the first time. The Roses were in a left over vase from Valentine's day that was MUCH TOO SMALL, the heads of the Roses were drooping, thorns on the stems. When I called to complain, the woman that I spoke to was very helpful, gave me a credit instead of replacing the Roses which was fine with me. I used the credit towards my granddaughter's birthday flowers a few months later. I requested a specific time for delivery, which I paid extra for, and they still delivered them 2 hours earlier than agreed upon time, the flowers were half dead. The Manager, was uncaring about the entire situation. Won't be going back!

Staff was helpful and kind and they had a great selection of fresh flowers!!  I will use them for all of our floral arrangements!

Terrible experience!! Was supposed to call after another florist consultation at 4pm with our wedding planner, so around 5-515pm since she did not want to schedule a tentative appointment. Called at 506pm and the manager/consultant had left for the day. I was told she left around 4pm. They attempted to call her and she did not answer her phone!! I will never do business with this company again, so unprofessional....
