As I was traveling a great deal, I called two hours ahead of time to ensure the vehicles advertised were on the lot. I noted my price range expectations and the vehicles that we wanted to see and explained we would be by in two hours. Harry was the salesperson I spoke with after 10 minutes on hold. It was obvious from the moment we arrived that he had no time for us and would leave us for 30-45 minute stretches. Then he couldn't find the vehicle. I had to retell the stick number on multiple vehicles several times, as he couldn't be bothered to care about our existance. As we arrived 3 hours before close and called ahead, we felt this would be more organized. Eventually, as I asked questions about vehicles, he had the nerve to insinuate that I was wasting HIS time. We ended up in the office after being told he wasn't sure which deals we would or wouldn't qualify for. He did not determine this, as he took ZERO personal info from us. Somehow, however we were given an outrageous monthly price quote despite not being told the price of the vehicle, our trade in value, checking which rebates we qualified for, nor even actually DECIDING on a vehicle. When we were offered 2500 below the lowest fair market value for our vehicle - that was the final straw. We had EVERY intention of buying a vehicle that day, but I should have known the moment he called me "darling" on the phone that I should run the other way.

Our sales rep, Mackenzie Buchanan, was the most knowledgeable and helpful of any sales person we have dealt with in the last 30 years of buying two Lexuses, a GM product and three previous Fords from another dealership.   She went over EVERY feature of our new Raptor.  I was quite impressed with her knowledge and ability to educate us.  The whole buying process took about an hour of paperwork and an hour of training on the features of the truck. I am the CEO of a company and she’d be among top employees in performance.  We could not be happier with our purchase.

WOW is all I can say. We drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase a vehicle from this location and I'm glad we did. Not only was the price Perfect but the Service was Excellent. From the time we entered the building until we left I was smiling.  Everyone was nice. Chad had all the paperwork ready to go. The process was fast and detailed. All of the questions were answered. They even have a kids indoor play area. This worked out perfectly. I highly recommend Expressway Ford of Mount Vernon to everybody. Amazing staff!

Maintenance department is wonderful to work with. They alert me to any thing that might be coming up and allow me to be prepared. We fully depend on their service.
