I would have to say the extended stay was great. Everything was clean and nothing seemed to be out of order. The staff was friendly even at night. The only thing I would suggest and it's not the hotels fault is don't travel outside as there are a lot of shady people walking around at all hours of the night. Again this is not the hotels fault and should you stay for an extended time you will see what I mean other than that I give it a 5 out of 5 as it's near restaurants and stores for your extended stay.

The service here is pretty good. The front office staff is very sweet and accommodating. This is the only reason why they are receiving 3 stars instead of 2. Customer service means a lot to me. The rooms are decent. However, housekeeping needs to do a better job with cleaning. There were spots on the sheets, the microwave needed better cleaning, and the fridge has seen better days. The biggest issue for me was the insect problem. I've lived in Florida all my life so I understand that bugs come with the territory but I will not pay for a hotel that has roaches, big ones, too. I simply can't do it. Get a better exterminator. All in all, my stay was decent enough until Bertha (my kids named it) laid out the welcome mat. So, if you're in need of a cheap place to stay and don't mind roaches, this place isn't too bad at all.

Overall it was okay. The rooms looked much nicer and larger online. Kitchen supplies are not in each room, you need to get them from the office and there's a limited supply (they were out of most things during our stay). There is a full sized refrigerator in the room which is nice. The room wasn't that well cleaned when we arrived, it was obvious someone had very recently stayed in this room. The place was very loud during our stay, lots of doors slamming at all hours. The staff however, has been exceptionally pleasant and accommodating.

Well cancer center told us that if would,t cost us any thing, and we didn,t have that much money with cause they charged us 86.98. . Now we have to come back surgery and the doctor. Told us that she would be in the hospital for a minimum of 7 days if every thing we t good. .

A little rough around the edges... Landscaping is all dead, room was pretty much clean but property just seems a little run down. Staff was really great though and took great care to accommodate our needs.
