Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. The room was amazing for this price range. It's nice having a room like this for our stays.

Last week my parents came to visit and stayed at this hotel, the second night my father notices that the toilet was clogged, so the next morning when I picked them up he let me know so I went to front desk and spoke to Josie, she told us that she would send someone to check during the day. We got back to the hotel at 10 pm, no one had fixed the toilet, I went to front desk again and told Michael that the toilet was still clogged he gave me the plunger to unclog the toilet, yes me!!! What is wrong with this picture? If am paying for a hotel for my parents to relax and to enjoy their stay, why do I have to do their job. I asked several times to speak to the manager but she was always occupied. My wife had to call to see if she could reach the manager and even she got the third degree from the girl at the front desk about why she wanted to talk to the manager. They made my parents feel uncomfortable and not wanting to stay again at this hotel. Horrible service!

Our room stank!! The carpet was so saturated with the smell of burnt and fried food from the kitchens inside each room. I had to buy a candle and burn it the entire time we were in our room and that didn't help. The AC sounded like it was about to take off, we couldn't sleep with it on because it was so loud. Very dingy looking hotel. I won't stay again and I was embarrassed that I took my guest there. The hallways smell of 8978 different smells from everyone cooking in their room. No ventilation at all!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly. The room was quite comfortable and I enjoyed swimming in the pool. I highly recommend it.

The room was clean and quiet with a modern bathroom and full size fridge. The tv was a little small, and the a/c was either on max or off. No serious complaints though.
