This hotel would be nice they had a different GM corporate gave me a discounted rate because I was staying long term due to my finances I couldn't pay a whole week at a time but I was still paying days in advance. Being that I wasn't paying a week at a time the GM took it a pond himself to ignore the rate that was set by corporate and charge me a much higher rate. When I complained he said he could do what he felt that this was his hotel and if I didn't like it I could check out. I'm going to see how corporate feels bout there rate not being honored. I've been here a while and have already spent a lot of money. You would think that they treat me better for the amount of money that I have spent with them, but the GM doesn't care bout any one not even the old lady who he refused to check on as a result of his negligence she is now deceased. Extended stay America Northridge location is in diear need of a GM that cares more bout it's costumers then smoking cigarettes in parking lot bragging bout his BMW. If you decide to stay here it would be in your best interest to avoid this manager.

We were on a non smoking floor and it smelled like smoke. There was shady people hanging around outside but the actual room was nice and clean. A bit warm but overall pleasant.

Very average motel but the best part are the rooms feature a small kitchen and that makes it stand out more than most other places in the area. Definitely friendly staff and good deals while booking through priceline

Bad hotel not a good place for children. They let anybody stay here especially tran sexuals proustites. The general manager Chris is really rude over charging people. The maintenance guy Freddie is also rude with people. He comes in your room putting locks on the windows so you have no fresh air coming in. Do not recomend staying here!!!
