Kitchen and bathroom were not clean: toothpaste was stuck to floor, old food stuck to stove top. Refrigerator was nice and large, but was very noisy. I had to ask for kitchen supplies and hangers. Staff was very helpful. Dirty dishes from other rooms remained outside for the three days we were there. Parking was very tight for large vehicle. Location was good: close to grocery, restaurants, recreation, highway, etc.

I cannot believe how unclean the rooms. Would not like to describe the grossness of the toilet in words here, wish I had the option to post a picture. The housekeeping service, or the lack of it was the other issue. The room/kitchenette did not even have a spoon or a kitchen towel roll, forget other utensils. And when asked to provide anything at all, the front desk's response was there was no one else to bring it and we had to walk over to get it. This happened both at night and morning; if only at night.....I would still let it go. Very very disappointed!!

Nice location but not the best service. It feels safe. All rooms have a kitchen. Maid service not included, if you need to clean your room it is an extra fee. Not very updated but it is comfortable. They have complimentary coffee, tea and muffin in the morning.

Enjoyed my short stay. It was a fair affordable price. Very well centralized in the city. I would stay again for the value.

When I arrived on Saturday it was late I didn't cook a meal sunday I got up to make breakfast and the stove didn't work so I called the office and he said there was nothing he could do until Monday so I called Monday to remind them that the stove needed to be fixed I would be at work Monday night when I got back the stove still didn't work so I again call down and why. the guy in the office was really apologetic but he couldn't help me he said didn't have anyone to do it until tomorrow so I called again Tuesday to remind them when I got back Tuesday night the stove still didn't work so they moved me to a different room after using the restroom I discovered that the toilet didn't work it did not have any water in the bowl I called the office and he said I can't do anything would you like a free night and then he looked up to see who the payor was and since it was my employer he made a wise ass crack oh you're not paying for it anyhow. it comes out of my paycheck so I called my boss and they move me to a different Hotel the only reason they got a one-star out of me was because there was not an option for zero Stars they need to get customer satisfaction classes and they need to have a maintenance person on call because things happen in a hotel they need to be fixed I don't care if it's morning noon or night
