The staff at Seattle Marriott Belleview are friendly and professional. Rooms and the hotel as a whole are incredibly clean and fresh. We were upgraded to a high floor corner room with amazing views of the skyline. The M Club Lounge offers a wide selection for breakfast but other offerings at night lack variety. To save time, It's best to call ahead if you want to retrieve your valet parked car. Overall, the drop-off and pick-up process is good.

Easy walking distance from lots of restaurants. Clean and well done rooms. I could barely hear neighbors. All of the staff was very willing to help. Do be aware that you will most likely need to pay for parking on top of your room fee ($35/day/night)

Spic and Span Rooms... Excellent Staff.. Very courteous and helpful.. Excellent Room Service. The Gym was kind of small but had enough equipments that I need to do a power workout comprising of Cardio, Aerobics, followed by weight training... I stayed back in Feb 2010 and much would have changed now... But few of the Rooms I saw in pictures here were exactly the same. Had a memorable stay.

The rooms are clean and I like the modern design. However, there were issues overall with the hotel's service, the restaurant is ill-equipped to handle the number of people who are staying there, and my shower leaked all into the bathroom. Also, only one plug on each side of the bed! Two would be better.

Was there last week for a conference. Some staff said they weren't aware of the conference. Upon check-in at about 3:30 the rooms weren't ready. I was told they would send a text when it was ready. Never got one. Was told they got busy. Upon check-out, I was told I would get my invoice emailed--4 days later I had to call. The hotel was very understaffed--Was that management's call or Marriott policy. Very disappointed.
