I was there as a contractor working on equipment. I found the setting to be very nice, almost an upscale feel but not something that was unwelcoming. I had a chance to look out at the pool area for just a moment, and it seemed like a fun time could be had there year round. The room or two i got to peek in as housekeeping was making their rounds looked nice from the hallway. I would definitely go back to stay if the price was right.

All the facilities in the downtown residence inn were nice. The breakfast was good too! The swimming pool is of decent size and my daughter enjoyed her time in the pool. We loved our stay here.

Stayed here a couple more times so I'm updating my review. The room layout, amenities, and staff are still great. The issues I've found on my last couple stays are maintenance and cleanliness. On the visit before last, there were stains on the sheet and the shower head was partially broken. On this trip, the window in the room wouldn't fully close due to a broken latch, and one of the pillows in the new room had stains too. These may be small issues for some, but it does detract from my rating. The rooms are still on the cleaner side overall, so I'd say the pluses outweigh the recent issues - just be aware that there may be problems, and double-check your room before settling in.

Great staff, shuttle service was available. Rooms cozy. Small issue with the plumbing but was quickly sorted out. I would stay there again.

Hotel is nicely appointed, staff is courteous and friendly. The free shuttle within a 2-mile radius was very convenient for getting around Bellevue. Love the kitchenette in the room, and the room itself was very comfortable and clean. Overall, a very enjoyable visit and I would recommend to others.
