Horrible experience. I made reservations over the phone with a nice agent who told me I could hold reservations with my card & pay cash upon arrival. When I made it to the hotel, it was late & it took the front desk agent 15 MINUTES to come to the front desk & check me in. Then as I began to pay with cash I was told the location only accepts cards. But the sign on the wall stated that cash paying customers will have to pay a $100 deposit (which was fine) but not was I was being told. Therefore I could not check in leaving me the inconvenience of having to find another hotel. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Won’t ever book again!!

Nice clean and comfortable at a affordable price, maybe some cold cereals, milk and snacks for children and would have rated five stars, the staff were met were pleasant and helpful

When checking in, front desk had to be told of a Senior Discount quoted. Didn't expect such a HIGH tax rate($51.00+tx=$70.+). Entrances where on ends of building except going through lobby. Toilet lid almost not attached & shower drained, eventually! No breakfast except muffins, no butter, no coffee & was told when making reservations there was a continental breakfast w/ eggs. Good thing Denny's & Westport isn't far. Oh ya, watch your head in shower, ceiling paint buldging out ready to fall. Next visit home, anywhere else. SORRY

First room we were put in the cord was cut to the tv. We called the front desk, asked to be moved or have the tv fixed. We had to gather our things and switch rooms. Got to the second room and the cabinet drawer fronts were off, trim was falling off the wall and the drain was in pieces. Every other extended stay we have stayed in has been nice and very well kept. This one doesn't seem up to par. Informed the front desk of the state of the room, hoping we don't get charged for damages.

If you stay longer than two weeks they stop cleaning your room. Longer than a month, they jack up your bill $100. Three weeks in some electrical stopped working and I put in a maintenance request. They left dirt on the bed and it wasn't fixed. Same week, another device, another request, again, not fixed. The management has also cheaped out by not having a dumpster. They have these little trash bins at different ends of the hotel that the entire three floor building is expected to use. Those fill up immediately and people leave their trash bags in the hallway in front of their room doors. Management responds by putting these obnoxious signs in the stairwell reminding guests that the trash bins are outside. They also have free wifi, but it's really too slow to do much with, so if you stay for any length of time you are looking at paying $25 for slightly faster internet. --OK, it appears that management is making a concerted effort to raise quality. A few nights ago, they had an issue where heaters were going out. I don't know what caused this, but I reported it. The next day, my room had been cleaned and the heater was fixed. Further, they hired a company to come in and clean the heaters. I wish I could upgrade the stars, would change it to 3.
