Nice overall, kind of small though. We stayed while looking for home after being transferred with job. Wish the bed was in separate room though as my husband works different shifts and sometimes needs to sleep during day, makes it hard. Fresh coffee in the office, ...We prefer to clean our own room and change in towels, get refills on paper products and borrow the vacuum as needed, however this service is provided if you want it. If stay here again if needed.

Location is great! You're right in the best of Brandon and way access to a wide variety of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to interstate 75. Rooms were nice and offered free WiFi, grab and go breakfast for free and cable with Showtime. Clean and spacious rooms. Overall pleasant experience.

No pool, no daily service. Hopefully they clean weekly as promised. Dirty stairs, sidewalks. People loiter all night & day. I was hoping my stay here could be like the Residence Inn, it isn't! Don't have high expectations if you chose this place. If the company didn't pay for this, I would stay elsewhere. The one positive is the location. Walking distance to good restaurants and shopping.

Booked on a discount site got to the hotel early due to work so I could drop off bags and food and told I had to pay 28 dollars to check in 2 hours early to a room that was confirmed as ready. My food went bad and had to change at work. Other than that the rooms were clean and equipped but customer relations overhaul is needed.

They do not have safe accessible rooms. When that specific need is communicated the proper response is not provided. Highest management and location owners do not respect customers using wheelchairs. People with disabilities are not provided safe and the most basic reasonable accommodations. The best news is that there are a few skilled select employees that are very good people. Those who do seem to care are willing to take the time to assist. Too often items such as toilet paper, towels, clean linens and other advertised services are not provided. Compensation for these serious problems are NOT made available. The result is leaving the customer with disabilities increasingly vulnerable and otherwise left at risk without possible alternatives being discussed.
