I had a very nice room. I have read all the bad stays people had and I did not have any problems. My room (333) was renovated with nice sheets, and new towels that were soft! Not those scratchy towels you almost expect at cheap places. Also they put new carpets in. 

I was shocked how nice my room was. Also had mini fridge and microwave and safe. 

I paid $77 after taxes. Book using one of the travel websites to save money. No complaints, but I might have got lucky with the new room.

I don't write reviews but I hope this helps someone

The building seemed to be in a state of repair at the time of my visit. An area on the back side was missing a lot a paneling & was just bare plywood. Otherwise, and overall, I think it is a good establishment with good prices & a great location. Easily accessible in a quiet, cozy nook right off the interstate.

Housekeeping is great ,  staff is great ! so on my second night. Woke up with something biting me looked and I  had welts so took a look further,  looked at my bed and it was covered in bed bugs and the guy was nice gave me a refund no questions Asked ,and told my husband he was sorry ! Location is awesome . If asked if I would stay there again . Not for  me ! Maybe just a bad previous guest with bed bugs not sure can't say they knew at all there were bed bugs 🐜 .

I stayed there last night and for 83 dollars it needs improvement! I should have gotten the room for no more than 50 dollars. The room wasn't very clean. The sheet on my bed had red stain on it. The counter didn't appear to be wiped down. To top it off I got two bed bug bites from staying there and I didn't sleep well because I was afraid of being bitten a third time smh. Staff are nice but the cleaning crew need to do better! Also get pest control on those damn bed bugs! Have better discounts too because it isn't worth the price being charged.

Worst hotel stay I've experienced. 

Starting the door that won't lock properly ans the safety latch that is off the hinge, the safety aspect of the stay was not there. 

The room smells like an ex-smocking room that no one has opened in months. 

The a.c. wouldn't cool and it was extrwmemly noisy, and the control panel for it was broken.

The sheets were wrinkled and stained. It looked like if the just remade the bed without changing the sheets. Didn't see any workers changing any sheets in the other rooms after people checked out, and I came back after checkout to see a housekeeper remaking our bed, with what appeared to be the sheet we slept in.

The room has heaters on the walls that are filthy.

My wife got locked in the bathroom, when the doorknob had no lock! It just got stuck! She had no strength to completely turn the handle and it took me try simultaneously to open it. And I'm no weakling. 

While taking a shower in the rusty tub with the moldy ceiling, my wife had to kill a roach that decided to shower with her!

This has been, by far, the worst stay of my life. We travel all the time, and have stayed at cheap places, but this takes the cake! I've started at other RedRoof locations, but none ever like this.

Avoid this hotel. Stay at the Courtyard near by! Heck, sleep in your car, it'll be better.
