Stayed in building 3.... If you can make it down the dark, dirty hallway that smells like an ashtray the rooms are decently renovated. In the room we stayed in the toilet was not attached to the floor, there were cigarette burns in the sheets, holes In the walls.... The sketchy people that actually live in the hotel linger outside the sliding glass doors all day and night. Spend the extra cash and stay at another hotel if you want to feel safe and stay in another hotel.

Rooms are neat, but sparton in furnishings. Non-smoking facility, but lots of cigarette butts and that stale cigarette smell in the hallways. You have to walk to the main building to get a cup of coffee in the morning. No Grab & Go muffins or continental breakfast. For the same price you can get continental breakfast at other chains. Motel 6 by the fairgrounds, is what I would classify as not in Tampa. Brandon is Brandon, not Tampa. Very far away from the epicenter of Tampa.

Liked the rooms they were clean and spacious. Need better towels a little rough. Liked that there was no carpet. Door was a little hard to close. Overall I will stay there again.

Clean,peaceful and convenient. Really couldn't ask for much more. Only complaint was the towels were thin and rough for the skin... Nothing better then thick, fresh towels after a shower or the pool... Other then that, it was the best experience in a hotel/motel my husband and i have had in years.

Front desk was very pleasant. Room was clean but did smell like smoke. A few people issues outside but can't hold the staff or hotel responsible for that. Close to 75 and good for the price. We will stay again when we go up.
