Did a gutter job FOR them.  Will NOT pay for it, but Michael is full of lies for sure.  Should have  read their reviews beforehand and I would have known better.  He goes to the turkey shoot where my husband goes so he used him

EES came to my house asking permission to replace the roof. My husband and I were coerced into lettting Exterior Energy Solutions reshingle our house. They refused to reroof the back porch stating that the insurance ompany did not consider that part of the roof??? They caused a 
leak in our bedroom around the skylight and refused to fix it. We are sorry to have chosen this company to reshingle our house.

I tried to cancel the contract within a few hours and they said they are keeping 25%/$1300 of my money. I only wanted to get additional estimates to make sure they were the best choice. Obviously they are NOT. They refuse to return all of my money. They said it's insurance fraud. I said it's not fraud to use a different company. What they are doing is fraud!

I am still waiting for them to do my roof.  The contract was signed on December 2014.  And against my better judgement they were paid in full.  I know big mistake! Here we are September 30, 2015 and they still haven't put up my new roof.  I have been more than understanding about their scheduling issues or delays because of the weather.  They are no longer returning my phone calls.  I meant to give them a negative rating but I don't know how to change it.  I would not recommend this company to do any type of work.

THIS  COMPANY  IS  A  SCAM!  RIP  OFF  ROOFERS!!! They will take your money and run! They say it's in a escrow account and you have to literally jump through hoops to get it back! That's what they did to my 91 year old grandmother! But after all the threats to me that I wasn't getting my money back and B.S. lies that I was told from deaths to crew's had quit I got feed up and called WSMV Channel 4 News about this SCAM Company and its General Manager and OWNER "AL HEARTLESS"! Funny thing is the owners name is "HEARTLESS"!!! LOL!!! Also another funny thing they said it took 2 weeks to get the money out of the escrow account, BUT when Channel 4's Alanna contacted them about it they called back and said that the check was at their office witch is a house in a subdivision! You can get a arrest warrant for them but it will take time as well! I had to pick a star to do a review, but they don't even deserve the one star I had to give! Look for the story on them on the news! There's A LOT more people they have scammed I think it was at least 14 that Channel 4 found! Also it's never their fault it's Always the person who got scammed fault!
