I called them regarding a small leak in my roof.  They were able to quickly identify the issue and present me with options to fix it.  The repair was then completed promptly for a reasonable price.  The gentleman I dealt with was timely, professional and honest.  I would definitely use them again.

Bill Ragan provided excellent communication throughout my roof purchase and installation. That, coupled with perfect execution, made me one happy customer! As a contractor myself, I had many questions before the purchase. Bill Ragan answered them all, and truly has the heart of a teacher. I did my homework before I made this major purchase, and Bill and his crew gave me the top notch installation I was looking for. Bill Ragan was great to work with and he was extremely knowledgeable about all of the roofing options for the home. He didn't mind taking the extra time to meet with us and answer all of our questions so we could select the right roofing system for the home.  If your home needs a roof repair or a completely new roof, I recommend calling Bill Ragan Roofing as he will stand behind his word and his work!

Mr.Regan put a roof on my mom's apartment within the last year. With the winds and rain from Hurricane Harvey, we developed a leak around the area between our house and the apartment. I called Mr. Regan and he sent a man right over. After further inspection, it was discovered that the leak was not in the roof but from an upstairs window/flashing around the window leaking. All said and done, Mr. Regan did not charge me anything. The man spent a good 15-20 minutes inspecting things and even went in the attic to verify the findings.Honest man.

I have worked with many contractors over the years and Bill Ragan Roofing & Associates is by far the best experience I have ever had. They are friendly and kind, but beyond that they show up when they say they are going to, they do excellent work, and they really look to provide a quality customer experience. Thank you!
