As soon as I walked inside, along with my family, we all felt welcomed. Steve and Don are friendly and engaging. We even cracked a few jokes, felt like meeting up with old friends. As far as the rental process, everything was accurate and at ease. Great customer service experience!

I was very happy with Extra storage! Cleanliness, access, and management! I once put my lock on incorrectly and they noticed..and called me immediately. When it came time to move out they were very accommodating and good about prorating my cost. Thank you Stephen and Extra Storage. If I need storage in the future I will definitely use you again..

Don is the Man at this location.  I have been written storage units my entire life and this is hands down the best customer service and the best location have ever dealt with when it all starts with  The assistant managers customer service :)

We have been with Extra Space for over 20 yrs and have never had a problem with them. I personally have dealt with Steven and he has always been very helpful and friendly.  I would definitely recommend other people who are interested in Storage space to call and ask for Steven.
