Great service and customer care. Mr Jesus Fabian helped us get a unit with a good deal. On the day I moved my stuff to the unit, Jesus patiently waited until my work was done although it passed the closing time by over an hour. He goes above and beyond for customers.

The manager ( Enrique Nunez) I found at the extra space facility in orange, nj was very helpful and very professional, he explained very clearly and I would also recommend him to anyone just like he was recommended to me.

Our space was broken into twice in one week! The staff didn’t really bat an eye. After the first break in, they provided us with their own, tamper proof luck. Less than a week later we were broken into again. The door was busted in. Everything was stolen, including a generator, power washer, amongst many other valuable things. Orange Police claims that they are there often. The staff will not even look at the tapes. I am convinced that this is an inside job. I am not sure why this place has so many 5 stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you value your belongings. Staff claims that “criminal sometimes hide inside the building until we leave”. They are implying that their facility is not safe even after lock down. ONCE AGAIN, STAY AWAY.

Jesus Fabian was extremely polite, professional and courteous. Made entire process painless and was extremely sensitive to my time restraints.
