I spoke with  Kristin and Kareem in regards to the company's misleading advertisement. Initially I was getting a unit that actually accommodated my budget and belongings. Kristin offered a bigger unit for a 30 day month free. From January 21st to February 21st (which is exactly 30 days) . I was billed approx. 110 on the 19th of February, when I called I spoke to Kristin where she continued to say that being that January has 31 days that's why the 30th day was considered the 19th of February (AS BIZARRE AS IT SOUNDS) I was still willing to just pay it and remove my things completely because I felt bamboozled and out of options. I then tried to explain to them I did not get paid yet so I needed a few days to postpone my payment  until then. I received payment on 3/2 when i tried calling I never gotten an answer. I called again 3/3 and they blatantly, nastily  told me I had to pay March rent in full although I'm vacaying today (March 3rd). I spoke to three people and not one single person would give me a valid enough reason I was being charged for an entire month. They were so demeaning and rude about the entire conversation, I honestly felt so naive for trusting this company at all. My initial visit they were so sweet and kind obviously just to make the sale. Their was NO resolution to this matter what so ever. This location obviously doesn't appreciate nor value their customers.
