We have been a client of this Extra Space Storage location for several years now and have been very happy with the service they provide. The store manager, Mandy Jimenez, has been extremely helpful and accommodating, particularly during our recent holiday toy drive, benefiting children in need at UNM Children's Hospital. Thank you for the excellent customer service you provided, Mandy! We are so grateful to you.

Moved Mom from California to Albuquerque with little time to plan anything. From calling for information about sizes and pricing to finally being able to move the furniture into a new home, everyone I talked to was polite and helpful. Had a couple of glitches that were handled professionally. The condition of the property is clean and easy to get to. The locks are checked often. I moved on Saturday and I just received a call to confirm that I am out...that's only 3days. Thank you! I will highly recommend your facility on Legion Dr.

Contacted the national office and they setup an appointment for me at the local Lomas/Legion NE location. Followup was great / prices are reasonable. Onsite manager Mandy, is friendly, very professional, and makes sure the area is in tip-top condition. Great central location!!. Thank you Mandy/Extra Storage!!
