Last week I was at this location looking to rent a storage unit. Lori was the manager on duty and was very pleasant and very helpful. I had 1 million questions and she answered all of them without hesitation and to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend this location, and this company, for all of your rental needs. I will definitely be sending all of my friends and family to them. The prices were also very fair and the units were in very good condition. She gave me a tour of the facility and it was very clean and well-kept.

Brian was very professional and pleasant to work with. He spent a considerable amount of time answering questions and showing me various available units. The units were dry, very clean and well maintained. Brian was very knowledgeable and thorough walking me through the contract details and various move in option. I never felt pressured or pushed into a decision. Although his location is not the closest to me, I chose this location based on my interaction with Brian.

Everything about moving sucked. Even the reason why. But when I got on site after making an online reservation, dreading that part just as much as the rest of the experience I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. There’s a worker there named Brian who completely lifted my mood. He took me to the space I reserved and gave me honest feed back, then showed me others and got me to the right size bin no matter the pricing difference. He answered all my questions (because I know nothing about storage bins, just like Jon Snow. Haha) and made me happy I chose this location over the other ones that were just as conveniently located!

Lionville extra space storage is the best. I really like doing business with them. The employees Joe, and Brian are the most nicest people there. They take the time to call you and let you know what's going on with your unit and are very helpful when you call with questions.

This is my 2nd experience with Extra Space Storage and both have been very pleasant. Everyone I have dealt with has been efficient, conscientious and courteous. I highly recommended them and would not consider using any any other storage company.
