I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. When I walked in today I was greeted by Kristen and Gelana and even though they were jammed packed with an office full of other customers they still made sure they acknowledged me. The property was very well maintained. If you ever need storage or even merchandise definitely stop in there. “

The staff here are extremely helpful and courteous. They really do care about customer satisfaction. Stephanie took the time to show the units available and pricing options. She really knew her stuff and was extremely proficient. Kristen was also very resourceful in her duties. I felt as though I was a pest, on constantly getting prices because of my indecisiveness. They were both very patient and Stephanie and Kristen really do make a great team. I now rent a 10X30 drive up for my storage needs. Thanks so much for your time and courteous service. Its always pleasant seeing them busy in the office.

Please be advise this is the worse storage in West Chester ( Regina Boyle is the District manager she never answer calls or even care about how good of a customer you are)  and around West chester, My friends and myself are very unhappy about many things, they do not open on time, the sign say they open by 9am and they come by 9:45 many times not only one, this people don't smile they are monsters,  they charge you for the full month of rent if you return the unit one day after the first of the month and they don't even tell you about it since the beginning,  but yes they can be late to open the main office. If you are not a criminal this people will make you feel like one of them....

Avoid:  I've rented two spaces at this location for over 5 years.  I've had no issues up until recently, when I received a peculiar call a few weeks ago just before 6pm.  "Kristen" (sp?) called my office to inquire when I would be "replacing the temporary lock" that they had placed on one of my units (#655).  After I questioned her, she went on to explain that in spite of never missing a payment (I am on auto-pay) and in spite of never having received any sort of "collections call" from their office, that their "regional manager" decided to shear off my lock and "inspect" my unit after I apparently appeared on some sort of "bad debt" list.

After reviewing my history on their system, "Kristen" apologized and was equally perplexed as to how my account (which was in perfectly good order) somehow managed to get on a "past due" list. She was unable to explain how long I was on the "list", nor was she able to determine why I never received phone calls or email correspondence that would logically have followed any sort of "past due" collections efforts.

Together, we were stumped as to why management sheared off my lock.  

I calmly thanked her for tipping me off, then visited the store the following day only to repeat the same process with another (different) woman by the same name "Kristen" (sp?).  This woman offered to remove the temporary lock, and provide me with a "free" replacement lock which she acknowledged was destroyed on 11/27.

Eager to inspect the status of my belongings, I passed through the security gate in my truck, while she walked through the building to meet me at unit #655.  When I arrived, she had already left, and removed management's temporary lock.  However, I was unable to gain access to the unit because the slide bold was busted, and dropped to the floor as soon as I reached for it to open the locker.

Frustrated, I returned to the management office and reported the damage.  She stated that she would "put in a maintenance request" but could not promise when I would be able to gain access, because according to her, maintenance status alerts are not issued to the office.  Her only advice was to "call back and check on things".

I informed her that I would be traveling over the holidays and through the new year, and that I was very concerned of the status of my belongings.  In typical Public Storage fashion, she shrugged her shoulders and offered one other option:

To call her regional manager in Mount Laurel, NJ.  She gave me her direct line, which I promptly called once I returned to my truck.  Imagine my frustration when after dialing the manager's extension, the phone system informed me that the message feature was unavailable.

I have yet to receive a status on the maintenance request, or an explanation for all of this inconvenience.  One thing is for sure, I expect that my contents will be in good order when I return and once I gain access I expect some consideration.

Gelana is the best!  She is very sweet to deal with and listens to your problems.  This company needs a lot more employees like her!

Fix the power in the back units!
