This is the second time I've worked with this location and again am a satisfied customer! Kat was kind, knowledgeable, and expeditious throughout the lease signing. She even made sure I had the right size and style of unit, despite the fact that I had already reserved something. Bravo!

Came in to check prices the management was very helpful. Property seemed clean and well maintained.

Horrendous. We have water damage in our unit that we have yet to speak with anyone about after months of calling. The property manager asked my husband to BUY a tarp from them or have him PAY to move our things to another unit with no water issues. Why should we have to put the money out for either of those things? It's not our fault the unit is leaking. Property manager is useless. My husband has called the regional manager several times to talk about the water leak (and the items that have been destroyed) and no one has called him back. We've been reaching out to them for two months! Customer service said they would escalate our issue to the district manager... nothing. Property manager called to let us know that rent is due and to avoid any late fees, rent should be paid today. Totally oblivious to the issue that we've been talking to her about for months. Definitely stay away. We understand things happen (it's a storage unit so we get it) but it's the lack of customer service and processes in place to solve the issue. No attempts have been made to fix the leak or have someone meet us there to repair the unit. We've lost wedding gifts and personal items due to the leak and can't even get a phone call from someone in charge since apparently the property manager can't do anything to help us. Don't waste your money!

They do the minimum needed. My door's been broken for 3 months now and their responses move all your stuff out of the way so that we can fix it eventually
