She was very professional and informative, which in turn made me feel comfortable with my decision to choose Extra Space Storage.  Ms. Blanca explained things in detail and when I had questions, she made sure that I understood. Extra Space Storage at 9400 Sunset, is awesome. Mario is top notch - super professional, and knowledgeable, but also very friendly and helpful. I rented 2 units there today, and I am quite pleased with how safe and well maintained the entire place is. I highly recommend it. Thanks!

this place is clean and well maintained.  I ordered a unit to be able to park my truck in, the manager went out to measure the door personally to make sure it would fit.  I drove in from Colorado the manager an assistant manager went above and beyond there duties to make sure everything was perfect for me and it was.  I will definitely return,  I would give 10 stars if I could
