Awesome experience. It's rare to see someone willing to genuinely help you. That person is Jenny Portell. Very helpful and nice store manager. Excellent customer service and moreover the price is affordable for the space given.

Jenny and Chris have been the most accommodating people ever. Friends of ours recommended this warehouse and I can see why. If you are looking for a storage don't think twice; you won't regret it.
Today, 8 months after renting the storage unit, we finally finished clearing our unit. The top paragraph was my original review and the only thing that has changed is that Chris is no longer at this location. Jenny was great every time we went by; and believe me we were there almost every day getting boxes to take to our new place. 
At least she helped make our moving experience a little easier.

Jenny and the team at Extra Space Storage were lifesavers! We did a cross country move from Connecticut to Florida and had to immediately find storage. We called over, they had an available unit so we jumped right on it. Checkin was super easy, the facility is extremely secure and clean, and the staff are so so so helpful. I’m a very happy customer!

Worked with Jenny upon signing my contract and she was very polite and professional. She was also extremely informative and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond. I would recommend this specific Extra Space Storage facility to anyone.
