Wretched place. Unhelpful, bordering on cruel staff. These people are baboons, the stupidest and smelliest of all the apes. Dirty facility. Distrustful environment. Go elsewhere for your storage.

Got a unit here for about 6 months this year and they were awesome. The gentleman who signed me up was very thorough and explained everything to me clearly. They signed me up for autopay and there was no issues. Am gonna use them every time I work in Miami!
