I have rented trucks from this location multiple times and they have always provided excellent service.  During my last visit, Uhaul representative, Tray, worked with me and was able to go above and beyond in helping me with my moving situation. Thank you for his assistance along with the other staff in the Westside location!

Thank you John. You were awesome. It was my first time using Uhaul, there was a mix up since I didn't know how it worked, so I ended up spending a lot of money. But John got it fixed so fast. I was actually surprised. I was so mad and gave them a one star. Just like 2 hours after complaining he got it resolved. I appreciate it. Thanks again 😄

Set up hitch instilation when arrived for appointmnet they could not do it then. Had to reschedual wasted 60 mile drive. When arrived for next appointment took 1.5 hours longer than was supose to. Then  when I got home trailer lightes did not work.  and teh pig tail was hooked up too short it hanges back up under the vehicle and was not secured to hitch properly. Was watching the kid while he hooked up the light harness and he didn't appear to have any idea what he was doing taking it to another u haul to get repaired.

RIP OFF! Rented a truck with less than a quarter of a tank of gas to start off with. Had to gas up during my move. Brought the truck back with more gas than I started with. They charged me a $30 gasoline service fee anyway. My advice would be to take a cell phone picture of the gasoline gauge and mileage before you drive the truck..
