There was a car auction going on the day I arrived in the office to view a unit. The unit I was looking for was the last one and there were 15 guys outside waiting for Karen to sign them in, but her being the only one there, she was still calm, patient, and willing to show me the unit with a smile. The setup of this place is easy, accessible, and cool. Karen was great, full of knowledge, and trustworthy. and I can't wait to start bringing my stuff in!!!

I had a very easy transition from my old bin (614) to my new larger bin (693). I find your facility to be clean and well lit. It is right around the corner from my home which makes it very convenient to access. My shed is being rebuilt and I need storage for about 3 months so you can't beat it. The employees were very helpful and polite. This has definitely been a good experience.

Great experience at Extra Space. The staff was super helpful and extremely friendly and the service excellent. The facility is clean and organized and everything is straightforward. Nothing complicated and no difficult rules or procedures. As a police officer I felt comfortable leaving my belongings there. Their security measures are up to date and provide a high level of comfort and confidence in the staff and the company.

Staff is/was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when finding and renting a space. They were able to answer all questions that I had, show me the property and storage space, as well as made sure I was able to access the property through the gate before I left.
