I placed a rapid pick up order today and got a soup (with a baguette side) and I didn’t receive my side baguette! I also had to ask for my cup. I’ve ordered before and it’s been perfect. But today was bad. I like my baguette with my soup. Pay attention when prepping orders! Also, I’ll be checking every time when I place an order. Soup and no bread is unacceptable.

Panera is my girl squad's favorite place to catch up at. Soup and half sandwich is my usual go to but everything there is pretty much delicious. The staff is friendly and super quick with getting your order out. The place is clean and unlike some other Paneras this one actually has seats available (I'm looking at you Center City) making it the perfect spot for me and my friends.

HUGE shout out to this Panera.  The manager was so nice and when my rapid pick up wasn't done they gave me a free coffee.  Then when i got back to work i got an email that said they refunded my money due to the long wait.  definitely the best and most accommodating Panera Bread i've been to!

Good chain restaurant to have an easy family meal out. Simple food but good. I wish the tables were wiped down more frequently. I usually have to clean one before sitting.

I usually love Panera... not this one.... I called to place an order... I asked the question what is the signature sauce?  The young lady on the phone says d hold on... as she was placing me on hold I hear her ask what’s in the sauce?? I was hold for 7 mins  I called back a gentleman answered I said I was trying to place an order and was on hold.. he immediately said in a snotty tone.. that’s because the person helping you was looking up the ingredients...seriously???? That was so rude and uncalled for.. just turned me off to this location.... and btw it took me less than a min to look up the ingredients...
