Awesome trainers who are knowledgeable & always pushing you to do your best and test your limits to get stronger & be a better you! I love how it it's a trainer led workout so you don't have to think about what to do next, the workout is already made for you and is generally always different so you don't get bored doing the same thing over and over! I also enjoy the friendships made with other members and the camaraderie during class. Bonus is you'll look great doing it!

I like that I can just come and have a fantastic workout without having to think about anything. I love the trainers at my Orange Theory and even on my most unmotivated days, they make me excited to be there. I also love that it's different everyday so that even when I'm going 5 days a week I am hitting different parts of my body in different ways each time. I have been a member for 5 years and have loved each workout!

OTF provides a great workout. It is never boring and it is always a challenge. I like the fact that I can monitor my HR throughout the entire workout so I know exactly how hard I am working.

There are soo many things to like about this workout! I played D1 sports and have done just about every kind of training there is-- this is by far the best workout I have ever done. I love how the class is split up into cardio and strength training. Having a trainer there to make sure you are doing the exercises properly and pushing yourself every second are just a few added bonuses. The class size is perfect. Sometimes it is hard as you get older to motivate yourself to get to the gym, but being part of a group trying to reach their fitness goals makes you excited to be there. The equipment is great. The music is always on point (it is always nice when the trainer knows exactly what song to play to get you to finish that last all out)! When you leave the class you feel like you have really pushed yourself and it changes your attitude for the whole day. You feel positive and accomplished! Always a great cardio & toning workout. Each class has varied exercises making it challenging and new every time. Trainers are instructive and motivating . I look forward to every visit.
