First I must say that Extra Space Storage's employee Ms. Wilson is amazing!!! My fiancé Ben and I were in SERIOUS need of a large storage unit at a cheap price with at least half off the first month. We had found ourselves in an unexpected emergency situation where we had to move. Ben was the only one with an income at that moment, so funds were really tight!!! I had been researching storage facilities for a few days trying to find the unit that suited us and our personal situation when I found this 10x10. The size and monthly price was just right, but we really couldn't afford a large first months rent. I was really hoping to find one that was either half off or maybe our first month for $1.00. I went ahead and reserved the 10x10 so I wouldn't loose the online promo that was already on the unit and got a call not even a minute later from Ms. Wilson. She was able to answer all my questions and give me everything I was looking for!!! From the moment I walked through the door until I left Ms. Wilson was absolutely wonderful! She was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Extra Space Storage has a true gen as an employee!!
If you are looking for a storage place then you should most certainly choose this one!!! I won't be going anywhere else and Ms. Wilson is a big reason for that!!! Thank you so much!!!
