Looked for storage that wouldn't break the pockets and this company. Made reservations to come check the place out and was pleasantly surprised at the customer service I was provided with. I was taken to check the space out to ensure It worked for me and everything detail was laid out from the start. Great experience during this stressful time. Thank you for making this so much easier!!!!

My husband and I found a great unit size for our budgets and needs. Noel was funny and overall awesome! We got a thorough tour of the facility and lot, so it would be easy to navigate on our own next time! The environment was clean, friendly, and organized. I'd recommend others.

Had such a great experience and so grateful they could get me in last minute! I had requested a unit be saved and two hours later I was warmly welcomed and the unit was shown to me. Everything was explained clearly and left open to any further questions. 5/5

Noel and William were friendly, helpful, and willing and able to meet my last minute storage needs. The space is spacious, clean, and secure. Highly recommended!

At extra space storage I got excellent 10/10 service from Noel. She was very informative and helpful when I inquired about the units and helped me in making my selection. She maintained 100% professionalism throughout the time spent with her and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Very friendly and willing to answer all CI concerns and questions. She was also very thorough about the process! Ask for Noel next time you're in need of some extra storage !!!
