Storage rates are competitive.  Unfortunately staff does not regularly clean the common areas. And customers need to keep their units clean to help resolve persistent pests/rodents.  Can't wait to terminate my storage plan.  For the last 4 months, overhead lighting outside my unit has only operated a total of about 20 days.  As of 9/21/17, the light is out again.

This was my first visit to an Extra Space Storage and I was pleased with the facility and staff.  The building was clean and looked fairly new.  ShaRon was knowledge about the units and very efficient in showing three different units to help me decide which one would best suited my needs.  I am happy with my experience and look forward to storing with Extra Space Storage.

Clean, safe and secure with excellent staff!! Very very reasonable. I wish I would have went here for my total storage needs but I won't make that mistake again..

I love this location.  Ms. Lee is the best!  I only used one other place to store my car for a few months.  But if this were here then, I would have been here.  The staff is great, the place is clean, they are responsible and accommodating within their policies, of course.  I started with a small $40 unit and when my needs changed, they helped switch in a moment's notice.  They took the stress out of a crazy situation and sent me off with a smile. Professional, personable, and I got a great price on my large unit.  I love going to my unit to take things there.  Crazy, right?  I feel safe and other renters are courteous as well.
