Omg. They wouldn't even let me use a damn pen.. I had to go back to my car for a freakn pen. Then they cried about tape.. Ain't you the post office. People paying to ship. And staples and making someone buy tape or a freaking lecture about be prepared. They need to start firing these comfortable ass workers with all this job support and get some willing workers. 🤷🏽‍♂️  I read the other reviews but what the hell. Guess I found out the hard way. People shouldn't have to always go to Virginia to get good service.. Go at your own risk. Management must be just as horrible to let this go on like this.

Absolutely horrible phone and in person service. Very rude employees and completely unprofessional behaviour. Called to ask them if they deliver on Sundays and all I got was "I don't know, check online". This place should fire all it's employees and start with new ones. If you see your package ended up here, prepare for delays and a ton of BS.

Employees Don't Deliver My Packages . I will Even Meet Them At The Mailboxes and Asl For It. They Will Look Me In the Eyes And Tell Me They Dont Have It And When I Politely Ask Them To Look For It, They Refuse To. I Will Even Show That's The Tracking Says They Have It And Still Will Lie And Say They Don't And Refuse To Look For It Then After They Leave . The Tracking Number Will Say "Delivery Attempted"

They don't even deserve a one star rating, this post office is a nightmare! They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I am not one to complain, I usually am very understanding since I have always worked retail I know how difficult customers can be. Well when they finally decided to answer the phone the lady immediately had an attitude, didn't let me finish my sentence and just said "hold on" and left me to wait for several minutes, for what? I don't know. She came back on the line and in a rude tone asked how she could help. I told her my problem and she just responded with "hold on". Came back on the line and just argued the whole time. I had to raise my voice and ask if I could just speak, then again asked me to "hold on". Finally the manager was on the line and she was nice at first, then when I didn't agree with what she said also got an attitude. Basically we got into an argument no one seemed to care, and nothing was solved. These workers should be fired. I am amazed with how many terrible reviews this place has and I'm assuming nothing is being done. This place is awful, seriously, this was the worst customer service experience ever!

The mail carrier gave my mail to someone else with out me knowing had to find out by a neighbor that it happen now I'm missing mail
