First time closing out a unit and the manager Freda was so helpful. I like to keep loyal to places so I actually felt bad leaving. Anyway she made the process painless and was very nice. She was able to answer all my questions and left me very satisfied with the service I had. Thank you Freda for all your help.

Freda was very attentive and friendly. We originally came in for a 10x10 storage space and after seeing how much we needed to store she recommended a 10x15. She showed us the storage before hand so we can see it for ourselves. This storage place is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. The staff is wonderful and I highly recommend this location.

Clean facility. Staff is stellar, helpful friendly and attentive to customers needs. Plus the hours of operation are welcomed as it keeps a certain element from renting or frequenting the location. Happy with their services and units..

The customer service has really improved at this location.  Frieda, the new manager, has been helpful to get us in the perfect unit for our needs.  She has great customer service and treats her customers like family.  She has really taken pride in this facility and does her best to make sure all of your property is safe.  I'm ecstatic that she is her and I'm sure many of the other customers are as well!!

Best storage facility in the Inland Empire!!! I have been a customer since 2003.  I would like to say I was ecstatic to see new management that is extraordinary!!! Freda and Bristal provide excellent 5 star customer service.  I'm happy to be a customer....Going on 15 years! !
