Nope. Don't come here. Mailed a card to my mother for mother's day with some surprise cash for her. Conveniently, never arrived. Said since it was mailed by USPS they should know. That would be true if it ever got to the USPS! I'm beyond upset and loathe this place for mishandling my mom's card. It's just magically lost all of a damn sudden. Totally ruined EVERYTHING. Zero -flipping- stars if I could rate them any lower!

Unprofessional, incompetent. The UPS drivers are so incompetent that they leave my packages with $3000 worth of cancer medication..right in front of my door..a signature is required..and..they never get one..just leave the package. So, I have used the option to have the delivery shifted to a UPS store. I get text messages that tell me when the package arrives. I get the text...I go to the Grape Street store. The deny that the package is there. This has happened over and over. They bring out my neighbor's packages. I give them my driver's license...but...they still bring my neighbor's packages. I keep telling them "no, that is not my package"...all the while..WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE...they act like they are doing me a FAVOR instead of doing their JOBS! THEY finally find my package...then, do not apologize for taking a long time, being nasty and....incompetent. The black woman there is particularly nasty...along with the manager. No one seems to loke their job there or know how to perform it. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

DO NOT come here for any fingerprints through livescan or any other service. I had my livescan done here and because the employee input the wrong option from the drop down menu my prints were not submitted properly and needed to be resubmitted. I paid 79$ and they expected me to pay again when it was clearly an error on their behalf. I spoke to Betty who lied and said she spoke with someone from DOJ who said I needed a rejection letter that was impossible to get and she didn't even call them and she even tried to tell me the price went up to 99$ when my sister paid 59$ for the same thing at another ups store. I spoke to DOJ and the people the fingerprints were submitted through and said because of the error UPS was responsible for redoing my prints. I spoke to the owner of the UPS store Tracy who was very rude and told me if I wanted my prints redone I would need to pay again. If we want your print done right at a reasonable price do not come here go anywhere else this place is a rip and and is overpriced.

Got notary service done here, very fast friendly service.The notary (manager)was very professional and courteous. Will definately be using them from here on out...
