Our buying experience was perfect from top to bottom! Lorita was hands down the best car sales person we have ever had. We came in to buy a specific car from their website that had since been sold and she made sure that we got exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend if you're in the market for a new car, come check these guys out.

Preston (Salesman) was great. Genuinely, a great guy. Easy to talk to. Polite, up front, down to earth. Their finance department was short-handed the day I was there; however, being an industry where you cannot control call-outs, they did a great job. Preston even delivered my truck to me in HB. Great service, ask for Preston.

I bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara to tow behind my RV The sales department was great. I would send my family and friends to this dealer any time. We've had great service as well in the service department. Very happy

I cannot begin to say how amazed I am by the customer service this place provides. I bought my Ram1500 at Tuttle Click in Tustin, CA and recently moved out here in Lake Elsinore. I needed to take my Truck in for service for a couple of things that were under warranty and another couple of things that weren’t. From the MINUTE I made the phone call and spoke to Guadalupe And heard her joyful, positive and attractive attitude I knew I was in for a great experience. This woman you can just tell from her voice how genuine she is that I had to pay her a visit when all was done and tell her thank you. She told me how much it meant to her and game me cookies to give to my daughter. Outstanding lady. Then I met Joel who provided STELLAR customer service as well. He didn’t beat around the bush, he was very up front from the beginning so I had no surprises and they fixed my lights, brakes, replaced my air filter and did my oil change and got me hooked up with a rental and the whole process was smooth! I have bought quite a few cars and have dealt with many dealerships and I have NEVER had an experience like I did here at Lake Elsinore Dodge Jeep Ram. They really have it together! I will definitely come only here from now on and I’m letting everyone I know to come see Joel. Thank You!!!
