I was very satisfied with my experience renting space at the 4616 Kenny Rd location.  At one time or another, I spoke with Orion, Jason, Marvin, and Parker, all of whom were very helpful with questions, etc.  I am especially grateful to them because I needed a key to the unit mailed to me as I no longer live in Ohio.  They handled the issue safely and quickly.    I highly recommend them.

I must add I very rarely post reviews; however, my experience at Extra Space Storage truly warrants a review. My aunt recommended them to me as she has used their facility for years, commending them for their customer service, cleanliness, and security. She even mentioned the Store Manager by name, Marvin. I had the pleasure of dealing with Marvin as well. I relocated back to Ohio less than a week prior to securing the unit after unexpectedly losing my job the day following my arrival. Unfortunately, my belongings weren't going to my new apartment, but storage, and where? Marvin was understanding and although the size I needed wasn't available he found 2 units that would meet my needs. He stayed nearly an hour after business hours answering my questions, showing me around, etc. He has been with the company for 16 years, lives on-site, and I can honestly say the customer service, cleanliness, and security my aunt mentioned is hands down the best. If you need a storage unit this is definitely the place to go. Marvin gets 5 ***** from me!!!

I chose Extra Space Storage primarily based on location, but their price was very good too.  The facility was clean, secure and easy to access.  I would not hesitate to use them again for my storage needs.

I have stored my things in this Extra Space Storage for many years. I always return because the space is always clean and service is great. Marvin Sutton, the manager, has been there a long time and really attends to his customers. Just to rent from Marvin, I am even willing to travel farther than the Extra Space Storage facility closer to my home.
