We chose this facility because it’s close to our house and very convenient.  We couldn’t have hoped for a better storage facility!  Lisa is simply awesome!  Any time we are there, the staff is extremely friendly.  They make you feel like family.  The place is always very clean and they are constantly implementing things to make the facility a safe place to store your belongings.  You can tell how much the staff cares.  We highly recommend them!

Ms Sharnell was very nice and knowledgeable. The storage units was very clean and had something available asap. The area is located perfectly. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for professionalism.

Sharnell was very professional, showed me the unit, and filled out the papers quickly.
Glad I chose to save money here at Simply Self Storage on Cooke road. Very nice experience!!

I love my unit. The agent at the front desk Lisa is amazing. She is very nice and easy to deal with. I say if you are in Columbus and need a storage unit this is the place to get it.

Lisa took great care of us today. She showed us 2 different sizes of units and explained everything in detail as far as unit sizes. This property is very clean and great friendly service.
