I've never been happier with a storage facility! There are only 2 employees who recognize me and my husband every time and are incredibly friendly, personable and helpful. They regularly check the grounds for anything fishy, have cameras recording various parts of the units and have a well-kept business. I'd recommend Extra Space before any other storage facility, hands down.

Judy is great. Friendly, informative, personable helpful and a nice person. The unit and areas around are very clean. This unit is a great choice for us. Thank you for making this easy for us.

I recently moved out of my storage at Kennedy Township and I was almost sad to leave! We had a stressful move back from Fargo, North Dakota and I was so happy to see a familiar face welcoming me and my son home. Before I went to Extra Space, I felt like everything that could go wrong did go wrong, from packing and movers to flight arrangements, the list just goes on. Because of that I was really stressed out and worried but then I walked in and saw the manager, Judy, who I had rented from and had a great experience with before. Judy made me feel comfortable and secure. In no time at all she had my son laughing and then I was laughing and suddenly it felt we were having a really nice visit with an old friend! She was just what we needed and she helped me get a storage shed that I could afford, which was another problem for me. I just can't say enough good things about Judy! Because of her, I will definitely refer anybody to Extra Space Storage. As a matter of a fact, I think I'll even miss her. We might have to go back just to visit LOL

We needed a place for all of our worldly possessions after moving cross country and we landed on Extra Space. The facility is mostly clean and secure with onsite managers for extra warm fuzzy peace of mind. Only drawbacks are that the facility wasn't accessible to our moving company semi so they had to spend all day shuttling in and out also....bugs...like a plague of bugs! The ones that look like stink bugs but aren't. They are in the storage unit due to proximity of a wooded area and in epic numbers. The management duo there are super friendly though! Prices are reasonable. No climate control options.
