I had a complicated move and it was handled with ease thanks to U-Pack! I reserved 2 pods at the same starting point, but wanted one delivered immediately to my parents' and the other put into storage and delivered to a separate location when I found a house. The pod and storage were far cheaper than any other company I called. When I called to have my cube dropped off or picked up, it was always able to be done the next day. The company even called me monthly to ensure that I was okay with them charging another month of storage on my card instead of just doing it automatically, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for a long distance move!

This service has been wonderful for us!! I have used them twice, once moving from IND to DEN and again moving from DEN to PGH. The customer service agent I spoke with the second time was especially helpful. She assisted us in getting an amazing price even though it was peak moving season. The pods were always dropped off in a timely manner and the drivers were even nice enough to call us when they were twenty minutes away to let us know. I am by no means a good packer and all of my things have always arrived in perfect condition which tells me that my pod was handled with care. Definitely cheaper than moving companies and definitely less headache than a UHAUL. I highly recommend this company for long distance moves!!

We're an auction company in Atlanta, GA. For years we've used movers and riggers for cross state/country moves when all we really needed was a reasonable shipper. We found just that in U-Pack. We were quoted over $3,500 per cube from another company. We received a container almost twice the size and a rate more than half! The process was very simple and every person I spoke to from start to finish was courteous, helpful and professional. We will definitely be using U-Pack for all of our moves! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had hired U-Pack because we thought that it would be the more convenient, flexible and cheapest option for our move. In the end, it was a horrible experience across the board and cost us more money than if we had gone with an actual moving company. The customer experience when we called because we had issues was rude, unhelpful and made a bad/frustrating situation even worse. Under no circumstances would we ever consider using this company again or recommending them to anyone unless we strongly disliked them. Moving truck arrived an hour late. We had arranged to have a live load since we live in the middle of the city on a busy street. We paid to have movers at our house at 10am to load the truck. The truck didn't arrive until 11am and then the truck driver insisted that we did not have a live load and refused to stay with the truck. We had to call the dispatcher and argue for another 30 minutes on the phone to get the truck driver to agree to stay. At that point, we had to pay a 1.5 hours of OT for the movers we had hired because the details were messed up with U-Pack. The moving truck refused to offer us a live unload at our destination. Since we needed to move our stuff into a storage facility, we could not have the truck just left for a day at the location. When we called to discuss, the people on the phone were very unhelpful and said that the only window they could give us for a live unload would be 8am-5pm. We needed to hire movers to help unload the truck and we could not afford to have movers wait for that window until the truck driver would be able to show up. In the end, after speaking to at least 4 different people over the course of several phone calls and multiple hours, we had to agree to pick up our belongings from the distribution center. That resulted in my husband and I having to hire a moving company to drive to the distribution center, unload the truck, drive to the storage facility and then unload it into to the storage facility for $460. When we got to the distribution center and began unpacking into the moving truck, several of our items were broken and the boxes had been tossed around. The movers we hired at the loading destination had packed up everything in an excellent fashion and we believe that the driver of the truck must have been erratic to cause such a mess when we only had 9ft of truck space that was packed to the brim.
