The property has many issues and i am not too happy about it.  In fact, I have outstanding problems and complaints that need the be addressed ASAP. So the property deserves ONE star review and will give it the same grade in all other reviews and blogs.  

I am only giving my 5 star review to one outstanding worker whom I have dealt and observed in the past months while having a space at this property. 

Trisha is always walking around with her broom and even saw her on 2/28 after hours. She is very nice, have tried to address my issues and have listened to my concerns.  She is really doing her best and trying to give a positive image to public storage and to that location. She deserves to be the office manager or to be promoted beyond that.

I would like to add that Trisha is very passionate about what she is doing and works very hard. This is an attribute that is very hard to find in a worker.  I recommend she gets promoted and/or given her own property.

I called to make a reservation a few days ago and spoke to a very nice lady named Cheryl, who was very helpful in explaining the entire process and I requested to see the facilities before entering into a contract. I went yesterday and she was very thorough and knowledgable in explaining all the details & requirements. I finally came down today Thursday and enter into an agreement and Cheryl went above & beyond her call of duty to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the produce. She even went to the extent of sweeping the space even though it look great in my view and did not need any extra touches. She really exemplifies the best and outstanding customer service to say the least, and whoever is her boss Cheryl is a keeper , as it is important that I let management know. I will be recommending anyone looking for storage in the foreseeable future.

Trish and Cheryl are great they helped us with an issue that we had with our unit. We appreciate everything.. They are amazing. We recommend this facility for your storage needs..

Great customer service! Cheryl is very helpful and always more than willing to help with anything. Storage units are spacious, clean and easily accessible. Would highly recommend!

I came in was met by Trisha she took the time to find my unit for the right fit she also helped mr get products to keep my stuff secured it was a pleasure doing business and Trish Customer service was Phenomenal thank you again
