Add a $20 service charge to your quoted price. This isn't mentioned until you are signing the contract. Bring your own padlocks or you have to buy theirs (also not included in standard storage rates) for $10. Besides the hidden fees, it's a good, clean facility.

Finding storage is always a hassle at the end of the school year. Luckily we found this place. Prices are reasonable and there's a pretty good deal right now with getting one month free. We were immediately given a tour of the the spot we had reserved and explained how everything works. Everything seemed very safe and everyone was very nice. Also, they provided moving carts for us and have convenient entrances to the storage units. The back door wouldn't close, and the moving carts disappeared next time we were there, but it was still safe and I'm sure they fixed it by now. Great place overall, an A.

Been using this place since around 1992, first for my business, then personal. They have always been helpful, showing me different spaces when I need more - or less space!! No need to keep a gigantic space if I only have a few things = save money!! Instant storage if I need more = save time. Clean, safe, well run. And Pat is the BEST!! It's so easy to call in and pay over the phone, plus I appreciate her calls when things get hectic - she always give a last minute reminder.
