Great place: competitive prices with monthly specials you can't beat; private, off-the-beaten-path location, clean, awesome gate hours compared to everyone else in town; very knowledgeable, really helpful, super nice manager that is always accommodating & willing to work with whatever my needs; offers lots of options for managing account and payments. It all starts with the office that smells so good right as you walk in 😀 I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of personal storage space. You won't regret using this Public Storage facility!

Had a mix up and went to the wrong location, but Maribeth, the property manager in Redwood City, was able to accommodate me. She found me a better deal than I had been offered online ($100 better), and had me in and out within 20 minutes. Storage space was clean and perfect for my needs. Great experience!

I have been a satisfied customer for about a year now. Thank you to Maribeth, she has gave us excellent customer service. She is friendly and very helpful. I would recommend others to come to this location.

We have been a customer of Public Storage -Oddstad for over 1.5 years. Mari Beth and her team are always willing to go the extra mile for us- which makes our lives much easier. The facility is tidy and and has great access to the freeway. If you need storage put it on your list to check out. Judi Crane Landsmith, LP

To all, I ordinarily don't do reviews, but this place is horrible! I kept on being pestered to do a yelp review. Had it of been a one off thing, where they ask me politely, when I get the chance would you mind writing a review on yelp? I might of considered it. Each time I would go in to pay my bill, the first question I was asked is when are you going to write a good yelp review for us? Totally putting me on the spot. I recently paid my bill, which I've always paid on time!! Now for the second time they've raised my storage bill. Initially, when I was quoted my price, I was told it's a flat fee for the duration of the time I'm renting the storage unit. I called a customer service representative, who was rude, and was advised prices are subject to change at any time. To top things off one time when I went to pay my bill, in person, I was on crutches with an ankle broken in two places. The person on site said "Oh sorry I meant to lock the door, you'll have to come back in 30 minutes, I'm on my lunch break". So I sat in my car, had to wait the 30 minutes, & paid my bill. Obviously yes I'm looking for a new place to store my things. I'm just trying to see when I can take the time off work & have free time around my other obligations.
