My storage unit was robbed. It was one of several robberies over the past few months. Public Storage has no cameras on property BY POLICY so that they can save on legal costs. Insurance that they sold me was awful. Crime is a real problem here. Avoid it at all costs.

I rented from this company and had a rental agreement for one year. They raised my rates after 5 months. I called to discuss it and the customer service representative was very rude. I tried to reason with them and I even reached out to the district manager but they failed to return my calls. As such, I looked elsewhere and I am now saving a great deal of money. So thank you to PS for making me realize I was being overcharged, even before the rate hike. BE CATEFUL.!!! They owe me a refund now for several weeks now and yet I've yet to receive it. Juan is a kind site manager, but I think the corporate entity plays games with customers. Think twice before trusting this company.!

There is a new owner, the place is much better IE there are carts that work. They are in the process of upgrading the Security Systems. So it's better. They kicked out the losers for not paying the rent.... I think it's all good.
