Called Jason @ Extra Time after a power surge killed my water heater  (among other things..). He was in the next day and was actually able to save me quite a bit of money. He was clearly experienced- was quickly able to identify the problem, obtain parts and get them installed. I'm pretty sure I still had lukewarm water left by the time the heater was up and running again... can't ask for more.

Called Jason on a Friday with an issue with my water heater (no hot water at all) and he was able to come out to service my tank the following morning on a Sat. and replace the elements.  He's knowledgeable, , courteous, responsive and didn't mind me asking questions (lol).   He's service costs are reasonable.
