Heritage has great customer service and knowledgeable, hard-working technicians. After getting home from work around 6pm I noticed we were not getting hot water. I then checked our 15 year old hot water heater. The pilot was out and there was water on the floor around the bottom of the heater. It did not look good. I called Heritage and they booked me a repairman for the following day. The next day Andy our repairman called before coming to our house and showed up in a short period of time. Soon after assessing the situation he provided me options. That said I knew we needed a new hot water heater and asked Andy to install one. He installed a new one that same day! Heritage more than lived up to our expectations. Their customer service whether over the phone and with their techs is top notch and worth every penny. We have used Heritage for installing and maintaining our house heating boiler for over 13 years, and now they did a wonderful job installing our new hot water heater. I would recommend them to anyone! And ask for Andy. He was fantastic!

The experience with Heritage was fantastic from start to finish. Michael and Josh were friendly, professional and explained everything in detail. Called when they were on their way and they were on time! Matt (Master Electrician) hooked everything up and got power so everything worked. I can't say enough great things about the crew and the company. Our plumbing expert Tom G was all three P's - Prompt, Personable & Professional! Tom listened & understood our needs. He faces us a quote, explained discounts & warranties with much knowledge. Tom & Flint worked quick & did a great job. Heritage will always be our 1st & only call for service.

We have been Heritage customers for many years. We have continued using their many services for several reasons. The technicians are very polite and thoughtful, they are all experts in their field and we never have to worry about the quality of their work. They are able to express themselves in layman's language so we know what they are referring to and we can make intelligent decisions. Today's work was done by Robert Josephson and he met all our high expectations 100%.

We have employed Heritage for a few years now to service our systems as well as provide new and replacement parts. We have always found their service and installation personnel to be professional, and personable. We recently had an air handling system installed and today the boiler was serviced. The installers were efficient, neat, timely and very friendly. Also, the sales engineer was very good in reviewing our situation, offering several options and following up on the timing and details of the installation. Of course, we were not very happy about having to spend extra money for the system, but it had been giving us issues since the time we moved into this house five years ago. I am sure it will work very well now. We would recommend Heritage to others looking for HVAC service.

This was our first call to Heritage for a plumbing issue and we were really happy with the experience. Our plumber Rich Carmichael left no stone unturned in trying to figure out our issue and spent as much time as needed to get to the bottom of it, including several calls to the tech support of our water heater's manufacturer. We had heard about Heritage's quality and service and we were really impressed. So much so that we have signed up to be members of the Home Advantage program.
