I wish I could give them zero stars. They came out for a carbon monoxide leak last week. Two technicians sat in front of my heating system for over an hour and told me there was nothing they could  do, they need to order some parts. When they left I called Peter from live free heating and cooling. Within 1/2 hr he found the problem and had it fixed within the hour. There was a huge birds nest in my fresh air intake and outtake vents.  Harry wells sent us the C squad 🤣

I have to say I was hesitant to hire them due to all the negative reviews. After calling everyone in town & getting an $1800 estimate from heritage I did & I'm glad it worked out They were the cheapest service call in town They came early, were courteous, cleaned up after themselves and fixed my problem for only $250.00 I'll be calling them from now on thanks guys

Called for a carbon monoxide leak they sat infront of the boilers for about an hour to figure out what was wrong just to tell us they cant fix till Tuesday Tuesday came and not one call from them thanks to a company in concord mass that came on Monday within seconds they figure what was wrong & had our heat up & running wont ever do business with them again

I had wanted to get an automatic water-feed installed on my boiler. I was expecting it to cost approximately $300-$400.  Instead of analyzing the situation in order to determine what would be necessary to complete the job, they came over at least 3x's to work on it. These visits took many hours and still they couldn't figure it out. Finally, $612 later, they said I needed more work to finalize the installation. Any professional company would have known this in advance. If I had been told how much it would cost, I would have never authorized the work. In addition, I sent them an email regarding the situation and have not been contacted. If I could give them less than 1 star I would have done so.

When you wake up to feed your infant at 2am and realize you have no heat.  We called the main number the answering service was really great told us someone would call within 30 mins. We received a call on about 10 minutes. Very prompt. First off I'd like to say no one enjoys being woken up at 2am I get that. The guy who took our call asked probably all the normal questions then realized it was a gas issue and said to my husband "thanks for waking me" then hung up on my husband as he was thanking him for his help. Normally we would have just waited for the morning but we have a baby so priorities change when kids are at play. So I'm sure the are wonderful during normal working hours but wouldn't hold my breath for just as great service for emergencies.
