Equipment appears to be installed well and working well. Prices were great and service was fast. I went back a day after install with a rattle in the pass door. The salesperson said "Did you adjust setting? We set the deck for the optimum performance in your vehicle." When I picked up the car, every setting was at default. After they looked for the rattle they set everything to default and told me it was fine. I found the rattle, it turned out to be an ice scraper in the door pocket vibrating. If I hadn't been playing with stereos for 30 years, had some schooling, knew how to dress myself, and couldn't read an owners manual- I would still know these people could care less if you were happy w your purchase.

Worst service I have ever had. Not only did they say my brand new led lights I wanted them to install were "broken" and didnt work so they took initiative in their hands without asking me and put 70$ on my tab . That's fine but they are STILL NOT WORKING. So I leave work early again from work so they can fix what they did wrong so I leave they say its finally done I get home check my lights and they are STILL not fixed after the third time coming in from LEAVING WORK EARLY and now i have to make time AGAIN. THE WORST service I have ever had and the lady in the front who claims she is "owner of the store" is very rude and did not help me with anything at all.
