AWESOME customer service!!! Daniel one of the customer service representatives is the most attentive, most helpful person I have personally encounter in the sprint store. So if ever you're in this sprint store ask for him. He's definately worth waiting for... He's sure to answer all your questions and concerns with a smile on his face... Great employee!!👍

Horrible service,, the worst experience in my life dealing with an inexperienced agent, Eunice . The manager who was supposedly helpIng me left and Eunice offered to help me, that's when the nightmare started.  Eunice never had decency to total carry on a conversation with me.  Eunice's personal phone kept ringing ,and  kept  answering and  texting. I couldn't ask her any questions because she was too busy talking on the phone or texting.  Eunice was promoting telephones and telephone lines to customer and totally ignoring the fact that I was physically there. If I had any questions she would tell me that she was busy talking to a customer or that she was busy texting a customer which I thought was so unprofessional in her part. Stephen who was at the next counter had  customers but he had the courtesy of answering my questions because Eunice was too busy answering, promoting phones, phone lines and texting customers on my time.  Every time I opened my mouth to ask a question she would literally shut me up stating that she was too busy with a customer. Eunice handed me a new iPhone which was damaged and it wouldn't ring . Several agents/technician looked at the device and no agent/technician could get the phone to ring.  I refused to take home a damaged phone.  On April 21, 2017, Eunice promised me that I would get my refund within three to five day. Today is May 6, 2017 and I have not received a refund.  Sprint has been my telephone provider since 2000 and I'm totally devastated with their services and ready to change provider due to this unpleasant unprofessional encounter.  The agents at this location only care about taking a pay check home.  Customer service is not a priority at this location. May 9, 2017, do not provide your password to anyone at this store.  Apple supervisor just notified me that my password had been changed at the Weslaco store by Eunice at this store on April 21, 2017. I have not been able to log into my account since I visited the store. My apple account is locked and is now on recovery I have not been able to use it.  It might be months before I can use it.  My identity has been stolen due this incident.  Apple suggested that I create a new account because they are considering this fraud and is now under investigation.

Worst company to do business with. I paid for 2 years,I never got a good signal always hardly to connect. Beside this ,if you want to terminate the service with them be sure your service  is cancel or they will keep on charging you for the terrible service they have.
